Our annual Festival is open to students outside of our own Academy! We are very excited about giving the young budding pianists from the four corners of Ireland the opportunity to perform together, as part of their very own Festival! For Children and Adults - Jazz and Classical
This program is the most popular, designed for those who want to enrich their lives. Piano tuition is one-to-one and offered to students of approx age 5 yrs and above. Occasionally we may start a student at 4 yrs if the child comes from a musical background but mostly it is best to wait til minimum 5 yrs when the child has already completed some school and will be like a sponge! If s student is truly ready to start piano, they will indeed make speedy...

The Piano Academy of Ireland is happy to announce that a scholarship of €175 will be awarded for the coming year (2012-13) to one of our new students.
Over the years we have also acquired some students of tremendous talent and we have expert teaching staff that are qualified to take them to a very high level. In recent years, students here have garnered prizes from Feis Ceoil, New Park Music Festival, Kilcoole Music Festival and many more. Diploma students have been very successful in earning their Diploma qualification while studying at the Piano Academy of Ireland, enabling them to go on and pursue a career in Music themselves.

It has always been our intention to offer a complete programme of musical training…a holistic approach to the learning of the piano, but something that has ultimately proved to be very challenging indeed within the time constraints of a weekly 30 or 45 minute lesson!
